Meeting: Peter Capaldi (again!)

Early Feb 2017, I was informed that some filming was taking place for the new series of Doctor Who in Cardiff Bay. I popped down to take a look and there was indeed filming going on, so I managed to get another pic with the Good Doctor himself, Peter Capaldi. This is my 5th time meeting (and grabbing a pic) with PC.
